I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were decent with a comfortable and spacious bed, but lacked storage space and a telephone to contact reception or the restaurant. The European two pin electrical sockets were convenient. The service was top-notch with the staff constantly cleaning and being very helpful and polite. The location was excellent, right on the beach with easy access to public transportation and various nearby facilities. The dining experience had a good variety, although somewhat repetitive. The hotel facilities were satisfactory overall.

The staff was exceptionally helpful, polite, and seemed genuinely happy. Special shoutout to Jarra, the pool attendant, and John e Gomez, the waiter. The manager's attention to detail was evident.

The hotel's location couldn't have been much better, being situated in a big nature park with access to various coastal sights by taxi. It was warm and friendly, with easy beach and Strip access.

The staff, especially at reception, was very nice and friendly. However, there were some service issues and inconsistencies.
